My name is Julia and I am the owner of "Bows 4 Brats". I grew up an Army "brat" so home has been many places over the years. I have a continued appreciation for military families and the sacrifices they make each day. I started making hair bows for my little girls several years ago and decided I would really love to start selling them in an effort to raise money for one of my favorite organizations, The Fisher House.

The Fisher House program supports America's military in their time of need. Because military families are stationed worldwide and must often travel great distances for specialized medical care, the Fisher House Foundation donates "comfort homes". These homes are built on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers and enable family members to be close to a loved one during very difficult times (i.e., the hospitalization for an unexpected illness, disease, or injury).

A portion of each sale I make will be donated to The Fisher House program. If you purchase a bow for a military child, I would love to know so a special message can be included for her. Most bows in the store are named for a military brat I knew growing up.

All of our bows are heat sealed to prevent fraying and lightly starched to help the bows maintain their shape. Please feel free to email us with any questions!
